With the diversity of my experiences, I can provide solutions to ‘wicked’ higher education issues in the following ways:

  • Strategic and operational advice / leadership across the fields of university student experience, equity and diversity, student success and also, educational inclusion.
  • Facilitating staff development, staff training and also, planning interventions that span the student life cycle from pre-access, through transition / engagement and including post-graduation. As an award winning educator and presenter I can work with teams and units to reach collaborative and innovative solutions to challenging educational issues.
  • Presenting research-based solutions for issues that span the educational equity field with particular emphasis on the following:
    • student outreach and participation
    • transition and engagement,
    • student employability
    • retention and success   
  • Advice and support related to inclusive online education within the tertiary setting
  • Organisational planning that is underpinned by current educational policy at a state, national and also international level including the Sustainable Development Goals.
  • Advice on grant proposals and submissions particularly those funded by State and Federal Government related to educational equity. Support includes reviewing grant applications, providing support in writing literature reviews / background as well as expert insights into the methodology / activities proposed.
  • Conducting evaluations and organisational reviews related to student and staff equity related activities.
